Effective date: 8 July 2026
Application: SolisHub (Google Play / Android)
Data controller: Yuzhou Jinbiao Trading Co., Ltd.
Yuzhou Jinbiao Trading Co., Ltd. operates SolisHub, an Android social application distributed through Google Play. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and delete information when you install, register for, or use SolisHub. By creating an account, signing in, confirming that you meet our age requirement, or continuing to use the app after the effective date above, you acknowledge the practices set out below. Where applicable law requires a separate legal basis or consent, we obtain it as described in the Legal Basis section.
Personal data processed through SolisHub is grouped below by source so you can see how app features relate to information flows.
When you register and maintain an account, we process your email address, an internal account ID or user identifier, authentication credentials (such as your password or session tokens), and profile details you choose to supply, including display name, biography fields, and age confirmation. You may upload an avatar image, send text messages, share photos or videos you select from your device, and record voice messages in chat. If you contact us for support or to exercise privacy rights, we process the content of your message and identifiers needed to locate your account.
When you browse the home feed, open user detail pages, use matching recommendations, send or receive messages, or join video sessions, we process interaction data such as match actions, message metadata, session timestamps, and content you submit in those flows. Subscription status and entitlement information is received from Google Play Billing to confirm active or expired plans; we do not receive your full payment card number through SolisHub.
To operate, secure, and improve the service, we collect device information (model, operating system version, app version, language settings, network type, and diagnostic identifiers), usage events, and crash logs. This data supports analytics, crash reporting, fraud prevention, and core service delivery.
Our Play Console Data safety declarations include the following mappings:
We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These include role-based access limits for personnel who need data to perform their duties, encryption in transit where supported by our infrastructure, monitoring for unusual activity, and incident review procedures.
Authentication identifiers and account credentials are handled using practices appropriate to a consumer social application. We do not store passwords in plain text, and we restrict internal access to authentication systems.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach that affects your personal data in a manner requiring notification under applicable law, we will notify affected users and regulators as required and describe remedial steps we take.
You can reduce risk by choosing a strong password, keeping your Android device updated, and revoking app permissions in system settings when you no longer need specific features.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data or personal information. This section summarizes global rights and U.S. state-specific notices.
Subject to verification and lawful exceptions, you may request access to personal data we hold about you, deletion of your account and associated data, restriction or objection to certain processing where applicable law provides those rights, and portability of data you provided in a structured format where technically feasible and required by law.
If any personal data or personal information we maintain about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request correction (also called rectification). To submit a correction request, email customer@jinbiaotrading.com with enough detail for us to identify your account and the fields you believe need updating. We will respond to privacy-related requests within a reasonable period after verification.
You may delete your account without contacting support by opening SolisHub, navigating to Settings > Account > Delete Account, and completing the confirmation prompts shown in the app. This in-app account deletion path begins removal of account-linked personal data from active systems, subject to the retention rules in the Retention section.
You may also request account deletion outside the app by emailing customer@jinbiaotrading.com from the address registered to your account. Include sufficient information for us to verify ownership. We will process account deletion requests within a reasonable period after verification. The Personal Center may also display account deletion guidance through an in-app legal page for reference. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription; manage subscriptions through your Google Play account settings.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provide you with specific rights regarding personal information, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and use, the right to request deletion, the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information, and the right to know about personal information we disclose. To exercise these rights, contact customer@jinbiaotrading.com. We will respond to privacy-related requests within a reasonable period after verification.
California residents also have the right to know whether we have collected, used, or shared certain categories of personal data or personal information with third parties. Under the CCPA, you may ask us to explain our practices and to provide details consistent with applicable law.
Under the CCPA, the terms "share" and "sharing" have a specific definition under California law. Sharing does not always mean a conventional sale; it can include making personal information available to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising or similar disclosures defined by California regulations. For a full description of recipients, data categories, and purposes, see the Sharing Matrix section of this policy. California residents may exercise the right to know by emailing customer@jinbiaotrading.com; we will respond to privacy-related requests within a reasonable period after verification.
If you are a Virginia resident, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) grants rights including access, correction, deletion, and opt-out rights for certain processing activities. To exercise VCDPA rights, contact customer@jinbiaotrading.com. We will respond to privacy-related requests within a reasonable period after verification.
We explain how to opt out below:
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or equivalent UK or Swiss rules apply, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. You also have the rights described above, including correction and erasure, and may contact our Data Protection Officer as described under Controller.
This Privacy Policy applies to SolisHub as distributed on Google Play for Android devices. Permission descriptions, system settings references, and technical behavior described here reflect Android APIs, scoped storage, and Google Play policies. SolisHub is not described as an iOS or App Store product in this document.
Features covered include the home content feed, user detail pages, matching and recommendations, text chat, image and voice messaging, video chat, profile and avatar management, personal center settings, subscription features processed through Google Play Billing, and in-app legal pages that may load policy content through a WebView for informational display only.
We share personal data with service providers and infrastructure partners only as needed to operate SolisHub. Structured disclosures for major recipient categories are set out below.
Hosting and content-delivery partners process data under contractual obligations and only for authorized infrastructure purposes on our instructions. Analytics and crash-reporting partners receive device and event data to measure performance and remediate faults.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or acquisition subject to appropriate safeguards. Any such disclosure is limited to what is necessary for the stated purpose. Content you send to other users through chat or profile features is delivered to those recipients through in-app functionality and is not a "sale" or advertising "share" under U.S. state privacy laws.
SolisHub is intended only for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. The app relies on an initial user confirmation of eligibility rather than a separate in-app age verification system beyond that confirmation.
If you believe a person under 18 has created an account or provided personal data through SolisHub, contact customer@jinbiaotrading.com and we will take steps to investigate and delete the account and associated data where appropriate. Parents or guardians who discover unauthorized use should use the same contact channel.
We do not target children and do not design features for child-directed audiences. Users who do not meet the age requirement must not use the app.

For general questions about this policy, data processing activities, or exercising your rights, email the privacy contact above. We will respond to privacy-related requests within a reasonable period after verification.
We have designated Privacy Officer to oversee data protection compliance for SolisHub. Privacy Officer serves as our contact for data protection matters relating to how we process personal data and how users may exercise applicable privacy rights. Users may contact the DPO regarding data protection and privacy matters at customer@jinbiaotrading.com. The DPO handles inquiries relating to the processing of personal data, requests from individuals exercising their rights, and internal coordination on privacy compliance obligations.
SolisHub is offered on a global basis through Google Play. Personal data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, including locations where our hosting, analytics, or support providers operate. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws where you live.
When we transfer personal data internationally, we implement safeguards appropriate to the transfer, which may include standard contractual clauses, processor agreements, and technical measures such as encryption in transit. Infrastructure partners may store or process data in multiple regions to deliver content, maintain accounts, and ensure reliability.
By using SolisHub, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in these locations. Where applicable law requires additional steps for cross-border transfers, we take those steps or offer alternatives permitted by law.
Account creation is supported. You register with an email address and credentials to access matching, messaging, media features, and subscriptions. Account identifiers are used to authenticate sessions, restore your profile, and provide support.
Monetization is delivered through subscriptions; specific plans, prices, renewal terms, and trial details appear in the in-app product listing on Google Play and are processed through Google Play Billing. We receive transaction and entitlement signals needed to unlock subscription features but do not collect full payment card numbers through SolisHub.
SolisHub enables browsing of feed content, viewing user profiles, matching with other users, and communicating through text, images, voice, and video. Content you publish or send may be visible to other users according to product rules. You are responsible for the content you share.
Legal and informational pages such as this Privacy Policy, User Terms, child safety information, and account deletion guidance may be displayed inside the app using a WebView. Those pages are used to present compliance content and are not used for advertising tracking or unrelated behavioral monitoring.
No specific third-party SDK list was supplied for this release beyond the processor categories described in the Sharing Matrix. We describe hosting, delivery, analytics, and crash reporting by category rather than naming undisclosed packages.
You must be at least 18 years old to use SolisHub. During onboarding, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not operate a separate in-app age verification program beyond that confirmation.
The app is designed for adults who wish to browse content, discover users, match, and chat. If you do not meet the eligibility criteria, do not install or use the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate age requirements or other applicable rules.
Access to core social features requires an account. Some browsing or settings screens may be reachable before full registration depending on product configuration, but persistent use of matching, chat, and profile features requires account creation as described above.
This section supports app store and regulatory review by summarizing key facts without replacing detailed disclosures elsewhere in this policy.
Data safety mappings:
Sensitive Android permissions and background usage:
Third-party sharing categories:
Account deletion paths: In-app at Settings > Account > Delete Account; email at customer@jinbiaotrading.com.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
Account and profile data (email, account ID, nickname, avatar, and profile fields) are kept while your account is active. After you delete your account or we close it, we delete or anonymize this data within a reasonable period, subject to backup cycles and legal holds.
Messages and user-generated content (text, images, voice clips, and related metadata) are retained to provide chat history and social features while your account exists. Deleted content may persist in backups for a limited time before being overwritten.
Subscription and billing records tied to Google Play are retained as needed to validate purchases, resolve disputes, and comply with commercial and tax obligations.
Device information, usage events, diagnostics, and crash logs are generally retained for shorter periods aligned with analytics and security needs, then aggregated or deleted according to internal schedules.
Support and privacy request correspondence is kept long enough to resolve inquiries and document compliance with user rights.
When retention periods expire, we delete or de-identify data using commercially reasonable methods. Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot reasonably identify you may be kept longer for statistical purposes.
Where GDPR or similar laws require a legal basis (also called a lawful basis) for processing, we rely on the grounds below. We map main processing purposes to at least one named basis.
Performance of a contract (or equivalent): We process account registration data, authentication identifiers, profile information, messages, media you upload, matching and chat functionality, and subscription entitlements to provide the core SolisHub service you request when you create an account and use the app.
Legitimate interests: We process device information, usage events, security logs, and certain diagnostics to secure the platform, prevent abuse, improve performance, and understand how features are used. We balance these interests against your rights and provide opt-out or objection rights where required by law.
Consent: Where Android permissions or optional media features require your permission, we rely on your consent or platform permission grants when you actively choose to capture an avatar, send an image, record voice, or join video chat. You may withdraw consent by denying or revoking permissions in Android settings, though related features will stop working.
Legal obligation: We may retain or disclose data when required to comply with applicable law, regulatory requests, or enforceable legal process.
Processors acting on our instructions support hosting, delivery, analytics, and crash reporting under agreements that limit their use of personal data to specified purposes.
SolisHub requests Android permissions only when you actively use a feature that requires them. Permissions are not used for silent background collection.
When requested: When you capture a new avatar with the device camera or enter live video chat.
Use: Captures still images for avatar upload or live video frames during an active session. The camera is not activated at launch, while browsing feeds, during matching, or when the app is minimized.
Background usage: Camera access is not in the background.
Withdrawal: Deny or revoke camera permission in Android system settings. Without it, in-app video chat and camera-based avatar capture are unavailable; gallery-based avatar selection may still work where offered.
When requested: When you record a voice message or participate in video chat with audio.
Use: Audio is captured only while you use the record control or while a video session is active. We do not record ambient audio outside those flows.
Background usage: Microphone access is not in the background.
Withdrawal: Revoke microphone permission in Android settings. Voice messages and video chat audio will not function without it; text and image messaging may still work.
When requested: When you select an image from local storage to send in chat, set or change your avatar from gallery, or attach media in similar user-initiated flows. On supported Android versions, the system photo picker or scoped media access may be used.
Use: We read only the specific files you select. We do not scan your entire gallery or upload media you did not choose.
Background usage: Access to photos and media is not in the background.
Withdrawal: Deny or revoke photos/media permissions in Android settings. Image sending and gallery-based avatars may be limited until permission is granted again.
When requested: Where Android version or device behavior requires storage access to read user-selected media or support cached files in compatibility scenarios.
Use: Supports reading user-selected content and routine file operations tied to features you use. We do not use storage permission for unrelated file browsing.
Withdrawal: Revoke storage permission in Android settings. Some media features may be limited.
Revoking permissions does not by itself delete account data already stored on our systems; use account deletion processes described under Rights and U.S. Notices.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect new features, legal requirements, provider changes, or clarifications. When we make material changes, we will provide notice through the app, through Google Play listing updates, or by other reasonable means before or when the revised policy takes effect. The effective date at the top indicates the latest version.
Continued use of SolisHub after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the app and request account deletion as described above.
